Services
Quotes, trials, and production jobs are statements of work between your studio and Photophile NHC LLP. A trial is a raw + reference sample batch with instructions of work. Published per-image rates are starting points and may vary by complexity.
Client materials
You represent that you have rights to images you send us. We do not claim copyright in your photographs. Edited derivatives are licensed back to you upon payment.
Payment
Payment methods are PayPal, Skydo, and Payoneer.
Turnaround
SLA clocks start when files and a complete brief are received. Rush windows are confirmed in writing.
Limitation
Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected order. We are not liable for downstream print lab errors once files are approved.
