Transfers
Production files move over HTTPS, SFTP, or the studio's existing encrypted cloud share. Email is not used as a primary file pipe for school batches.
Access
Retouchers work on access-controlled stations. Client NDAs are available on request.
Retention
Unless a contract says otherwise, working files are deleted 30 days after final delivery.
Incidents
Material security incidents affecting client data are reported to the contracting studio contact without undue delay.
