Photophile NHC LLP provides photo and video post-production services. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through photophilenhc.com and related production channels.
Information we collect
Contact forms collect name, studio, email, phone, project notes, and optional file-transfer links. Free-trial uploads collect raw images, reference images, and instructions of work (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, or camera RAW). WordPress may store published blog metadata. We do not sell personal data.
Student and child imagery
School photography files are processed under studio instructions, encrypted in transit, restricted to production workstations, and purged on a 30-day schedule unless a longer retention is contracted in writing.
Cookies
The marketing site uses only cookies required to operate the site and measure aggregated traffic if analytics is enabled by the operator.
